Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. Large terrace, large terrace covered. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Nice distant view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (covered). Please note: non-smokers only. Basement: separate entrance, 1 bedroom with 2 beds extra costs 150€/week (service to be paid for in resort).

Resort: Quiet resort, in the eastern part of the region, on top of a hill, in a convenient position, 85 km south-east from Valencia, 100 km north-east from Alicante, 8 km from las playas de arena. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Access: railway station "Gandfa a 20km, Denia" 20 km. DTnia 17 km. Jßvea 30 km. TerraMftica-Benidorm 60 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Valencia-Manises (VLC) 95 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km, 10 km. Extensive and rich agricultural area specialized in growing rice and citrus. The great ecological Marjal natural park separates the village from the coast. Natural environment with breathtaking scenaries. Sandy beach 8 km. Market every Thursdays. The majority of our houses and apartments are located in the Monte Pego resort, in a hill in between Pego and Vergel. Since it is high construction level area, there is a possibility of construction works starting without notice. Car essential. Religious and popular celebrations throughout the year. It is possible to play golf in Denia and to book excursions to Ibiza island from Denia (ferry journey: 3hrs).
