Individually owned, these uniquely furnished apartments have been family-operated for 30 years and provide friendly, personalized service. Located South of Boca Raton, north of Ft. Lauderdale and just steps to Deerfields award winning Blue Wave beach where there is an international fishing pier, a paved ocean walkway for jogging or a gentle walk, off-shore snorkeling, diving and surfing. These beautifully furnished units feature fully equipped kitchens, cable TV/HBO in the bedrooms and living room, and all linens, including beach towels, are provided. Property amenities include a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a laundry facility, putting green, bbq grills and WiFi access in all apartments and at the pool. Assigned private parking, as well as parking for large vehicles and motor coaches is also available. Rates are based upon single or double occupancy only. Parties with more than 2 guests are subject to additional fees. Children under 2 years of age stay free; children ages 2-16 are USD 5 per night; guests over the age of 16 are USD 10 per night. Concierge and event planning are available and conference and meeting facilities are nearby. Maid service is optional at an additional charge of USD 12.00 per hour, and the housekeeping service schedule is 8.30am to 4pm. Arrangements for maid service can be made during your stay. Minimum age at check-in is 21. Please note the following fees- There is a USD 100 refundable security/damage deposit payable at check-in.
