This beautiful 4600 sq foot private home in the exclusive enclave of Solamere in lower Deer Valley is the perfect place to stay for your ski vacation or summer getaway. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the short driveway leads you to a large two car garage. The entry to the house is through aspen and evergreen trees, and upon entry, you walk in to a double sided fireplace and enter one of the two living rooms with fireplaces off of the entry. The house has a large newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, wine refrigerator and ice maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate formal dining room with Ty Loyola custom dining table, as well as an eat in kitchen table with a bay window and counter stools.



There are two master suites with king size beds and HD flat screens with DVD players and DirectTV, and 4 other bedrooms with 11 total beds. High quality linens are on all the beds. The bathrooms have all been recently remodeled with granite counters and a Jacuzzi tub. You will find bathroom amenities from Joseph Aboud in every bathroom with luxury snowcloud bathrobes. Wrap yourself up in the soft robe and walk outside to the hot tub in the private secluded back yard!



Downstairs there is a ski prep room and an entertainment center with a pool table and another directTV with very comfortable leather reclining couches. The home also has wireless internet access.



Daily maid service is included.



Living Room: 25' Vaulted ceilings, brand new carpet, a gorgeous natural stone wood burning fireplace with log mantle, TV, VCR, DVD, CD, access to the large deck with the hot tub in the back of the house.



Family Room: On the same level as the living room and kitchen, this is the perfect place to read a book by the fire! Two cozy couches with a wood burning fireplace and great mountain views from the window.



Media Room: Located downstairs with three reclining leather sofas and everything you'll need for lounging around! TV, DirecTV (premium package with all the movie channels!), DVD, VCR, CD, Surround Sound. It's got the works! This is also where the pool table is located.



Kitchen: Hardwood floors, granite counters, equipped with professional appliances for gourmet cooking. Work island with gourmet stove (gas) has 6 burners.



Dining Room: Formal dining table with seating for 8.



In Kitchen Dining: Seating for 6 near the surrounding bay windows! There is also additional seating for 3 more at the kitchen bar stools.



Bedrooms:

Master – King bed, HDTV with DirecTV, walk in closet, adjoining bathroom with two separate vanities, jetted tub and walk in steam shower.

Junior Master – King bed, HDTV with DirecTV, adjoining full bath, small desk area.

Third – Queen bed, adjoining full bath is shared with the 5th bedroom (access to the 5th bedroom is also THROUGH this room).

Fourth – Two twin beds, attached full bath is shared with 6th bedroom.

Fifth – Full Size Bunks, bathroom is located just outside the door in the 3rd bedroom. (access to this room is THROUGH the third bedroom).

Sixth – Two sets of twin bunks, attached full bath is shared with the 4th bedroom.



Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub out back on deck just outside dining area. Deck has gas BBQ and patio furniture.



Laundry Room: Located on the downstairs level.
