The house is 2 levels with the following floor plan: the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom are on the main level, and the master and 2 additional bedrooms are upstairs, each of which have adjoining bathrooms.

Living Room: Gas fireplace, ample seating, LCD TV, DVD, CD stereo. Elegant leather couches are among the completely upgraded furniture. Views of the ski runs at Deer Valley.

Kitchen: Newly remodeled with beautiful alder cabinets, granite counters and a center island. Professional, gourmet appliances include a 6 burner Viking cooktop and an extra large refrigerator. The kitchen is well equipped with new dishes, utensils and pots and pans. This is a cook's dream kitchen

Dining Room: A gorgeous table with seating for 10, adjoins living room area.

Informal Dining: A small table just off the kitchen with seating for 4.
