The house is very spacious (approximately 4,000 square feet), with wood accents throughout, including log railings and posts, hardwood floors, as well as an open and bright floor plan.



The main level of this amazing home is the living room, kitchen and dining room combined into a beautiful great room. This is the perfect area to enjoy the incredible panoramic views with the whole family. Also on this level, you’ll find the second and third bedrooms and the den with a queen size Murphy bed. One level up takes you to the master bedroom suite with a private deck and large bathroom area with a walk-in closet. On the lower level is the fourth bedroom with two sets of twin bunkbeds and entry from the garage.



Living Room: High vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling stone surrounds the wood burning fireplace with log mantle, large screen TV, VCR, DVD, CD, access to a large, wrap around deck on the front of the house with incredible mountain views. The comfy sectional couch in this room also has a queen size sofa sleeper.



Kitchen: Hardwood floors, granite counters, equipped with professional appliances for gourmet cooking. Natural gas piped BBQ just outside on the large front deck.



Dining Room: Formal dining table with seating for 8. Additional barstool seating for 6 at kitchen island nearby.



Bedrooms:

Master – Queen bed, wood burning fireplace, HDTV, DVD, walk-in closet, adjoining bathroom with two separate vanities, jetted tub and walk-in shower.

Second Master – Queen bed, HDTV, DVD, wood burning fireplace, adjoining bath. Shower only

Third – Queen bed and twin day bed. HDTV, adjoining full bathroom.

Fourth – 2 sets of college dorm size twin bunk beds, adjoining full bathroom.

Den- Queen size murphy bed, gas burning fireplace and small leather couch, HDTV, DVD, VCR. Adjoining ½ bathroom is shared with the great room. Shares shower facility with third bedroom.



Hot Tub: 6-person hot tub located on the deck just off of the den. Views of surrounding mountains and ski access trail.



Ski Prep Room: Provides a great place for all the gear and is equipped with boot dryers for 5 pairs of ski boots. Direct access to Silver Dollar trail leading to Last Chance run.



Laundry Room: Located on entry level.



Garage: Attached, 2 car.

Air Conditioning: No, but the house is humidity controlled.



Ski Access: Ski out via the 'Silver Dollar Access Trail' that is located off the back porch. Return to the house via 'Silver Dollar Access Trail' just off of the Success Run at Deer Valley Resort (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).



Distance to Deer Valley Resort: Direct Ski-in/out or 1 mile drive to Silver Lake Lodge.

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4 miles.

Distance to Main Street: 3 miles.

Distance to Free Bus: ½ mile.
