This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath condominium is located in the SnowPark (lower) area of Deer Valley and approximately 1.5 miles to Main Street in Park City. There is a full kitchen and dining for 6 plus two bar stools. Enjoy a gas fireplace, high-speed wireless internet, a 32" cable TV/VCR/DVD in the living room, a 19" cable TV/VCR in the master bedroom, washer/dryer (private), and a two car garage. Each bedroom has a private bath. This property will accommodate 8 guests with a King bed in the master, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, Twin/Twin beds in the third bedroom and a sofa-sleeper in the living room. This is a non-smoking.
***Deer Valley Drive between the Old Town roundabout and the intersection with Deer Valley Drive North will be under construction beginning the end of April with a scheduled completion date of mid-October. The work will be halted during major events such as the 4th of July celebrations, the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, the Tour of Utah bicycle race and Labor Day weekend. There is a possibility the road will be closed at some points during the work. Drivers may experience some delays while the crews are working.
