Located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, the Twin Pines condominiums offer sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and a convenient location – close to the free bus and the lifts.

This lovely condo is 3 levels and approximately 2400 square feet. You enter the condo on the main level from the front door or through the garage. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into one great room, giving it a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, a floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace, and lots of light. Outside is a large deck with a gas BBQ. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom suite; downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, the laundry area, and the door out to the private hot tub.

Living Room: Decorative and comfortable furnishings. Vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace with gas assist, 42" HDTV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo.

Kitchen: Spacious and well equipped for cooking meals with brand new cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table, 5 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms (sleeps 10):

Master – King bed, 32" HDTV, fireplace, adjoining bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub.

Second – Two twin beds, TV, adjoining bathroom.

Third – Two sets of bunk beds (one set of queen bunks, one set of twin bunks), TV, adjoining bathroom.

Hot Tub: Private hot tub outside on lower patio.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room on lower level.
