The Ridge condominiums are located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, and have convenient access to the free bus and the lifts at Silver Lake. Ski runs on the Flagstaff mountain of Deer Valley Resort are visible through the trees.

With approximately 2200 square feet of living space on three levels, this condo is spacious and well appointed. The main level includes the living room adjoining the kitchen and dining area, with vaulted, wood paneled ceilings and hardwood flooring. The gas-burning fireplace is floor to ceiling with natural slate and a gorgeous wood mantel. There is a deck off the living room with great views of the surrounding mountains. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom suite, and downstairs are the second and third bedrooms, the laundry area, and the access to the private hot tub.

Living Room: Beautiful sectional furniture with a lounge end right in front of the gas log fireplace, 37” LCD TV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo, Bose iPod sytem.

Kitchen: Beautifully remodeled with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Includes everything essential for a great home cooked meal. ½ bath is located just off of kitchen area.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at dining table, 4 stools at counter/bar.

Bedrooms:

Master – King bed, TV, DVD, adjoining bathroom with jetted tub and floor to ceiling glass shower.

Second – Queen bed, TV with DVD, adjoining full bathroom.

Third – Bunks with queen on bottom and twin on top as well as a twin bed with twin trundle, adjoining full bathroom.

Hot Tub: Outside on the lower level patio.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in downstairs laundry room.
