This lovely Sun Spot condominium is located on Deer Valley Drive, right on the free bus line that will take you to Deer Valley Resort or Main Street in just a few short minutes. The condo is multi level, built up the hillside facing south to take advantage of the warmth and lighting of the sun through the day.

This condo is approximately 2000 square feet in size. It is very nicely decorated with recently remodelled kitchen and bathrooms. On the entry level is the third bedroom, then up a short flight of stairs is the second bedroom. Another short flight up is the living room, with the kitchen and dining area overlooking the living room from the next level up. There is a powder room on this level, also. The door out to a large deck is on the level above the kitchen (great place to enjoy the afternoon sun, with views of ski runs at both Deer Valley Resort and the Park City Mountain Resort), and the top level is the master bedroom suite.
