Living room has 37" flat screen TV with DVD and VCR, CD stereo. This condo has 2.5 baths with 1/2 bath on the main level and two full bathrooms upstairs. Garage for 2 cars. Free town shuttle is 3 blocks away on Deer Valley Drive. Sleeps 4 with King and two twin beds A non-smoking, moderate property.

*Fees apply for use of the private hot tub during the summer season.
***Deer Valley Drive between the Old Town roundabout and the intersection with Deer Valley Drive North will be under construction beginning the end of April with a scheduled completion date of mid-October. The work will be halted during major events such as the 4th of July celebrations, the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, the Tour of Utah bicycle race and Labor Day weekend. There is a possibility the road will be closed at some points during the work. Drivers may experience some delays while the crews are working.
