Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, the Wildflower condominiums are in a really convenient location, with easy access to the free bus. Lower Deer Valley is also close to Park City’s Main Street where the highest concentration of restaurants and shopping are located. This condo is quite attractive in décor as well as amenities, and is approximately 1,300 square feet of living space. It is a great property for 2 couples since both bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms. The brand new, king sized memory foam sofa sleeper makes for a truly enjoyable sleeping space in the living room as well.

The condo is two levels, with the living room, kitchen, and dining area adjacent to each other on the main level. Also on this level are the laundry area, a powder room, and entry to the patio where the new private hot tub is located. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with private adjoining bathrooms that have been remodeled with granite counters and new tub/shower combos.

Living Room: Adjoins kitchen/dining area, with wood burning fireplace, HDTV, DVD, CD stereo and king size memory foam sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: This newly remodeled kitchen includes dark alder cabinetry with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a lovely hardwood floor. It is spacious and fully equipped for cooking meals, adjoins dining area and living room.

Dining Room: Dining area adjoins kitchen and family room, seating for 6.
