GREAT VALUE! This Courchevel condo is one of the best values in lower Deer Valley. It is conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, within walking distance to the lifts and right on the free bus route. Ski lockers and a laundry room are located in the common, underground garage.

This unit is on the first floor of the complex, and approximately 800 square feet in size. Its front door is accessed from an interior hallway. From street level and the common patio area there are 5 steps up to enter this hallway, or from the garage you will come up a full flight of stairs. Once inside the condo it is all one level, with the living room and dining area adjacent to the kitchen, which is separated by a counter/bar. There is a powder room just off the hall by the kitchen, and then the master bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Living Room: Includes wood burning fireplace, 42" Flatscreen TV, VCR, CD stereo, and queen sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: Well equipped for cooking meals. Adjacent to living room area.

Dining Room: Seating for 4 at the dining table, plus 2 barstools at the kitchen counter.

Bedroom: Queen bed, as well as twin bunk beds, 32" Flatscreen TV, full bath with large soaking tub located just outside bedroom door in hall.
