Brand new beautifully renovated furnished 5 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths with newly carpeted and ceramic tiled floors, new bedding's, towels, kitchen wares, utensils, etc. The luxury villa is 5 years old, located in the prestigious Tuscan Hills gated resort. The two-story villa boasts one en-suite Master bedroom and one half bath on the first level; 2nd guest en-suite master bedroom, three bedrooms and a third bath are on the second level along with the laundry room with washer/dryer. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV and DVD player with cable TV, telephone, free Internet access. A nicely converted game room in the garage is equipped with pool table, dart board, etc . The formal dinning room with a breakfast bar has direct access to the full size swimming pool - south east facing - with its covered deck and lanai. The house is very close to the club house facility, tennis court, volley ball and the children play area.

This villa is ideally located in a gated community off route 192 and US 27, just 7 miles from the front gate of Disney Animal Kingdom. The resort is 10 minutes away from Disney Theme Parks, 20 minutes from Sea World, 30 minutes from Universal Studio and one hour from Busch Gardens. Conveniently South of US 27 with approximately 30 minute drive leads you to the newly open Legoland in Winter Haven.

There are restaurants along route 192 such as Applebees, Olive Garden, Sizzler and many more. Highland Reserve and Champions gate golf courses, Wall Mart and a Publix Super market are just 2 miles from the villa. For world class- shopping, you can visit the Mall at Millenia or find bargains at the Outlets which is 5 to 15 miles away.

Other attractions include the Kennedy Space Center and fine beaches such as Cocoa beach, Daytona, Tampa and Clear Water. Port Canaveral is an hour away where you can embark on a cruise ship to the Caribbean.

Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
