Our spacious 5 bed 3 and half bath single storey home is in a prime location on the golf course at Highlands Reserve.
The property is situated at the top of a cul-de-sac, and it is not overlooked on either side. It has a panoramic view from the rear looking down on the green of the 17th hole, so you too can enjoy a beautiful view of the course at any time of the day or watch the stunning sunset in the evening!! To say that the pool deck is extended is an absolute understatement! We have a large area at one end that is ideal for sun bathing away from the pool. We have a large covered lanai which is ideal for when the sun is just too hot! The pool itself is free form and larger than the norm! If needed, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. Within the deck we also have a small area of trees and shrubs so the park has come into the pool area.
Moving inside the house you will not be disappointed with the just under 4,000 sq feet of living space . As you come through the double front door into the entrance hall you encounter a large, bright airy formal sitting room. Beautifully furnished this is an ideal spot for those quiet moments reading or listening to music as you look out onto the pool area through huge sliding doors. To the right of the entrance hall is the formal dining room, featuring a large table and 8 chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher - all the amenities that make 'eating in' a pleasure not a chore! The cupboards are fully stocked with flatware, glassware, crockery and pots and pans as well suitable sets of dishes etc for use on the deck.
From the kitchen you overlook a small dining nook to the left and the family room straight ahead, making the floor plan ideal for entertaining family and friends. The family room benefits from a 52 inch flat screen TV and again has sliding doors to the deck on two sides. From both the kitchen and family room you can enjoy the views of the golf course.
