Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area seating four and separate utility room. Master bedroom has King size bed, walk in closet, TV and patio doors to pool area. En-suite bathroom with oval tub, separate shower, WC and twin basins. Bedroom two has Queen bed with closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. Bedrooms three, four and five all have twin beds with double closets. There are two further bathrooms with bath/shower, single basin and WC. Upstairs there is a 'loft' area with computer, speakers and high speed internet. There is also a games room with table football and 'bar style' seating for two. This property has a Playstation 2 for guest enjoyment. To the rear there is a fully screened in large oval pool with a pool security fence for added child safety, spacious patio with ample seating and outside the screen there is a deck with and extended deck seating. Property benefits from having a wide grassy area directly behind it.
