Two story property with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, private pool and spa. Master bedroom has king size bed, WIC, and patio doors to pool. Master bathroom has two basins, WC, and shower. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and WIC. Gorgeous en-suite bathroom with single basin, corner tub, WC and shower. 3rd bedroom has twin beds and double closet. 4th bedroom has twin beds and WIC. Family bathroom has bath/shower, WC and basin. Lounge area has 24"TV and patio door to pool area. Dining area seats 8 and has patio doors to pool. Roomy kitchen has bar area with two stools. Spacious pool area with upgraded plastic patio set. Property overlooks clubhouse and tennis court.

Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
