This Excellent Vacation Home is of the Excellent Superior category. The villa is situated in the gated Westridge sub-division of Davenport, alongside the US27. This neighborhood is 3 miles south of the intersection with the SR192 and 4 miles north of the intersection with the Interstate 4 (I4). It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world?s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining nearby. Everything you could possibly need is close at hand. This villa offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada.


The villa has been furnished to a very good standard. When entering the villa you step from the hallway into the spacious living room, with has a large flat screen TV with digital cable and DVD player. The formal dining table is right next to the living room. Through the arcade you will get to the very spacious, well-equipped, open kitchen. Next to the kitchen you will find a breakfast area and behind there you will find the airy family room which too comes with digital cable TV. All bedrooms are accessible from the family room.


Seen from the living room facing the pool area, you will find to your left the first bedroom with 1 Queen bed and closet, plus the en suite bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. This room has a TV too. The two bedrooms next to this room each have 2 Single beds and a closet. Next to these rooms you find the shared bathroom which has a vanity, shower and toilet. This bathroom offers direct pool access too, which is always very convenient for that quick shower after a refreshing swim. The Master bedroom is found on the right side of the villa and has a King bed, flat screen TV and large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom offers dual vanity, large garden tub, walk-in shower and separate toilet.


The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for the few colder days.


The open kitchen is very well fitted. It includes a full size oven, built-in microwave, large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils ? pretty much everything you could want in your home away from home.


From the family room, through the sliding patio doors, you have access to the inviting pool area. Pool deck chairs and sun loungers allow for late night, pool side relaxing. The pool heat is optional, at an extra cost.


Last but not least, this villa features a game room with billiard and Foosball table; great to spend that extra bit of quality family time in. This is also where the washing machine and dryer are found. Iron and ironing board are present too.

Enjoyed the House A guest from Michigan City, Indiana recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in January, 2013 The location was very good. We liked the pool on the west side of the house. The pots could be replaced, we had to buy a new one which we left at the house. It was a little dirty. We have to wash the bathroom rugs.
