This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home sleeps 8 people comfortably. The private pool with Spa is fenced in for privacy and warrants great relaxing after those long days in the parks. Free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. Pool and Spa heat is optional.

This Excellent Vacation Home is of the Excellent Superior category. The villa is situated in a quiet part of the Westbury sub-division in Davenport and just south of the intersection of Interstate 4 (I4) and the US27. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world?s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand. This villa offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada.
The villa has many extras to make your stay very enjoyable. It has been furnished to a very good standard. When entering the villa the family room is straight ahead, with the open kitchen plus breakfast & dining corner to the right of it. All 4 bedrooms are on the right side of the house. The open kitchen is very well fitted. The breakfast & dining corner, family room and rear Master bedroom all look onto the pool area. Next to the kitchen you will find the washing machine and dryer (inside a laundry closet). Iron and ironing board are present too.
The kitchen includes a full size oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils ? pretty much everything you could want in your home away from home.
The breakfast & dining table is right next to the kitchen. The family room, with digital cable TV and video game console, leads through the sliding patio doors to swimming pool area, with the separately heated pool and Spa (hot tub). Pool deck chairs and sun loungers allow for late night, pool side relaxing. The pool and Spa heat is optional and at an extra cost.
On the right side of the villa, you will find the four bedrooms. The master bedroom with Queen Bed is in the rear, with large walk-in closet and the en suite bath room, with vanity, large walk-in shower, toilet and pool deck access. This bedroom has cable TV. The next two bedrooms have 2 Single Beds each and their own closets. The shared bathroom for these two bedrooms has a vanity, shower tub and toilet. The fourth bedroom again has a Queen Bed, cable TV, closet and en suite bathroom with vanity, large walk-in shower and toilet. All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room that can accomodate 2 more guests, bringing the maximum capacity to 10 guests total.
As Excellent Vacation Homes is the local management company looking after this property 365 days a year, any technical or other issue is usually prevented before it even gets a chance to develop. But, our 24-hour cover service is always available should you require it during your stay. The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for those colder days.

Great location near US27 and I-4 interchange A guest from Brandon, Manitoba recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 We arrived to find the house well laid out and enjoyed the location which was less than 25 minutes from the Disney parking lot at Epcot and Hollywood Studio. Pool was nice and had privacy from the trees about. Great shopping nearby at Posner Park area. We had an issue with a sink drain plug malfunctioning and management company fixed it that day that we called. We are sure that would have made your stay even more enjoyable. We looked into the concenrs pointed out by you. Fortunately, we have not been able to find any live roaches after your departure, nor have we had reports from guests following your stay. Generally, a house in Florida may see a dead roach maybe once a week, really meaning that the pest control treatment does its job. All our vacation homes are treated frequently. Spider webs between the trees/bushes surrounding the pool enclosure (on the outside) are a bit hard to prevent though, but we spray against that either way; we firmly believe that every effort helps! The coffee mugs, etc. were now clean and we will make sure to pay better attention to that. We would not consider the shower head to be gross looking (a fairly new one as a matter of fact) but removed the somewhat built up calcium residue from it so looks brand new again. The house size was good and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. The only negative thing I would say is that some of the walls seemed like they could use a coat of paint. Some of the home could have been a little cleaner, carpet, floor in laundry area. Otherewise our stay was very enjoyable. Also the management property was wonderful considering we booked our stay in less then 30 days. Can not rave enough about the wonderful people at Excellent Vacation Homes we dealt with during our stay, they were amazing! The house itself was nice but could use a fresh coat of paint, as some of the walls are stained and the carpet needs a really good cleaing. Had a great stay there though and would definetly recommend this rental agency to others.
