En-suite bathroom contains corner garden tub, separate shower cubicle, his n hers sinks and separate WC with door to pool area, doubles as wet room. Bedroom 2 has Queen bed and sibgle closet, also has an en-suite bathroom with single vanity unit, shower and WC. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a single closet, bedroom 4 also has twin beds and single closet. Dining area seats 6. Lounge area has a two piece suite, 32" TV and sliding doors to pool area. Fully equipped kitchen and bar area with 2 bar stools, separate breakfast nook seats 4. Utility room. Double garage. Family bathroom contains single vanity unti, WC and bath/shower. To the rear there is a fully screened swimming pool and spa. Property benefits from not being directly overlooked.
