'Splash of Magic' is newly renovated (2012), and is the perfect getaway for your Disney / Central Florida vacation. With 2 stories, and over 2400 sq ft, a Lanai and pool/spa area, there is plenty of room so everyone can have their own privacy. This is the largest floor plan in the neighborhood. All four bedrooms are upstairs and have privacy. Looking out of the bedroom windows - you can see the Disney Fireworks! We have updated everything with your comfort in mind. Everything from bath towels, pool towels and linens to the living room furniture have been well thought out for your comfort. Splash of Magic is very clean and is maintained by a professional management company. Splash of Magic has three televisions, one with Cable / HBO, one with Cable, and all three have DVD players. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 Was very unhappy with the pool not being heated and no one said any thing to us about it or that we had to pay to turn it on. We were looking forward to swimming,are kids were very upset. Summer was very good to deal with but Angel did not always get back to us.
