4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home located in the community of Windwood Bay just 15 minutes from Disney parks.
This very large floor plan consists of 2 lounge areas seating a total of 10 guests and 2 dining room tables seating a a total of 10 guests as well. Kitchen is fully equipped and very large with a fride/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker as well as pots and pans and dinnerware/silverware.

The pool area has a screened enclosure and backs up to a field which means you only have side neighbors, the patio furniture consists of a table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is a security fence to protect from children going into the pool unattended.

All bedrooms are upstairs. The King master bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a garden tub, large walk-in closet. There is a full size bedroom and 2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each.
There is internet access but you must use an ethernet cable to connect to the modem, it is not wireless.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. ALL of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
