4 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home with conservation views located in the gated community of Lake Wilson Preserve just 15 minutes to theme parks. This vacation rental has been recently refurbished with modern decor, brand new carpets installed in late 2012.

Master en-suite bedroom with King size bed and tv, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and Tv. There is a princess themed bedroom and Mickey themed bedroom both with 2 x twin beds each.

Spacious lounge seats 6 comfortably as well as the dining table. Tv in lounge is a large flat panel along with a DVD Player. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, mircrowave, coffeemaker, tea kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware and dinnerware.

Pool area has a covered lanai with a screened enclosure overlooking conservation. Patio furniture comprises of a table and 4 chairs plus 2 sunloungers.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. ALL of our homes have free WIFI and unlimited calls to all US, Canada, Puerto Rico and most international countries. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
