Interstate 4 is just 5 minutes away, providing a direct route to Tampa and the Gulf Coast to the West and Orlando and Daytona to the East. The 192 is a mile away with its abundance of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

The villa has a fully screened, private swimming pool and spa. The deck area is fully equipped with upgraded patio furniture including a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers all with cushions. The pool area is the great place to relax after a busy day out. The pool can be heated when required for a supplementary fee.

The interior of the villa is furnished and beautifully decorated and is air-conditioned throughout. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are formed into one large, open plan living area, looking onto the relaxing sun deck and pool. The living room has a 52" TV with DVD.

The villa comes with 4 large bedrooms & 3 bathrooms including 1 Master Bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms which are connected by a jack and jill bathroom and 1 queen sized bedroom, hall communal bathroom, one of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have TV's with a 19" TV in the master bedroom, 19" TV in the queen bedroom and both twins have 14" TV's as well.

The double garage has been converted into a game room and contains pool table, with a hightable.
