Welcome to our villa which is situated in the quite community of Westbury in Davenport; it has no passing traffic, and enjoys a peaceful location surrounded by orange groves. Location is what this villa is all about; it is just 1.5 miles from Junction 55 of Interstate 4, south on Highway 27.
Walt Disney World main gate is just a 10-15 minute drive away and access to all other attractions is quick and easy using Interstate 4. The new Posner Park development is just 3 minutes away, this boasts a range of outlets including Target, JC Penny and Best Buy, also close by are gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants, championship golf courses and Orlando International airport is just 35 minutes away.
Its central location makes access to both the east and west coasts of Florida easy, the Kennedy Space Center is just an hour’s drive away, it is an ideal base to explore all that central Florida has to offer.
Our Villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it has 2 master suites, 1 king size and 1 queen, 2 further bedrooms with twin beds, each of these rooms have flat screen TV’s and cable TV, the master suites have blu ray players and en-suite bathroom facilities. The twin rooms share the family bathroom.
The Villa has a fully fitted kitchen which has all the latest equipment; cooker, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, liquidiser, toaster, and sandwich toaster, full (American) sized washer and dryer and breakfast bar, and much more, a luxurious home from home.
The family room is furnished to a very high standard and has comfortable settees and a chair, mood lighting and a 42” flat screen TV with blu ray player, and surround sound. The villa has free Wi-Fi internet access and multi-channel cable TV for your relaxation and enjoyment.
A separate area of the family room offers a dining area which can accommodate up to 8 people with patio doors from the family room to the covered lanai, which offers shade on the fabulous south facing pool deck.
The games room has been installed this year and offers for your enjoyment a pool table with lights above, football table and dart board.
All access to the pool area is alarmed in accordance with Florida law; the pool is 28’ x 15’ on an extended deck with sun loungers, a covered swing, table and chairs to enjoy living the outdoor life that the Florida climate makes possible.
Our villa is “Non Smoking” throughout, although smoking is permitted outside on the pool area.
