This comfortable four-bedroom home is located in the orange-grove-bordered community of Westbury. It is a peaceful oasis, ideally set apart from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks, yet just minutes from all the major attractions.The living room, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, giving a light, airy feel to the space. The villa is fully furnished with everything you will need for the perfect family vacation.

You can enjoy your stay by relaxing on the spacious pool deck. Backed by a hedge, the pool area is not directly overlooked for added privacy.

The large master suite has a queen size bed with a large bathroom and its own TV. The second master suite also has a queen bed and a bay window to allow plenty of light. There are also 2 bedrooms with twn size beds.

There is cable TV and wireless internet available throughout the house.

Things that woud of made my ratings higher Nikita B. from Cumming, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 I was very disappointed on the 1st day of arrival when I went to the Target that it wasn't an actual SuperTarget which provides a host of grocery. They did have a lot of things but in your advertisement it is portrayed to be so close to everything. The nearest Publix was 15 mins.away. There weren't any decent restaurants around either;so, we ended up eating at Disney every night and that was not our original intent for renting a house. The main tv was very querky. I am very savy with electronics and every day that tv would go out and have to be rebooted. It bothered me because I left grandmom behind everyday and she wasn't able to watch tv. You shouldn't have to reboot the tv 3 times a day!! I would look at other properties the next time do to the above. It has nothing to do with Florida Spirit but location and amenities around the house are lacking. A great alternative to "staying on the property" BETH A. from ELKHORN, NE recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 We loved the property! We've rented from Florida Spirit before. It's a very hassle-free experience from booking the reservation to the end of our vacation time. We rented a 4 bedroom home for our family of 4. Everyone literally had their own space to spread out at the end of a long day at the parks. It was very clean and had quality bedding. My only suggestions for improvement are with 3 bath home, I would suggest you stock the home with more than 3 rolls of tissue paper and possible a box or 2 of facial tissue. In short, we loved the home and we will rent from Florida Spirit when we plan our next trip. Character A guest from Norfolk, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in September, 2012 The property lack character compared to the one my members stayed in down the street. There were large water bugs crawling across the ceiling and I killed three of them, they seem to be coming out of the ceiling vents. Had to call and have the back door repaired in the master bathroom, because the knob would come off in your hand if you opened the door and then tried to close it. It was repaired promptly, thank you FV. The area was quiet a plus. Just wish the property had more character inside, instead of just looking like someone threw it together at the last minute. Would love to be your interior decorator.
