Tivoli Manor is a privately-owned gated community consisting of only 35 villas adjacent to the Westbury site. The Tivoli Manor villa consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms and was completed in September 2003. The pool is south-facing with an extended deck. The pool overlooks an area of open countryside with orange groves and a local conservation lake area a short walk away. Villa features include:Upgraded and extended pool area to 28ft x 14ft. with a jacuzzi spa.Covered lanai patio area with ceiling lightingCable TV, VCR Energy efficient air conditioning and heating system.Open plan family room, dining and kitchen area.2 Master bedroom with ensuite bathrooms.Bedrooms #3 and 4# have access to 3rd bathroom.Fully equipped kitchen with laundry fitted Kitchen has a range cooker, fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher as well as a breakfast bar. Screened Laundry Room contains washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.Pool Area/Covered Lanai Patio Area is accessed from the family room and the master bedroom #1. The pool has underwater lighting and both the pool area and the sunbathing decking area have been upgraded and extended. The covered lanai patio area has ceiling lighting. There is a patio table and chairs together with padded sun loungers and recliners. The whole area is tastefully screened to keep out unwanted visitors.With easy access to the Interstate-4 it makes it convenient to visit Busch Gardens, the Gulf Coast , Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater to the west and Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral to the east in about one hour.

Tivoli manor A guest from Lytham St Annes, LAN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The property was ok. It was clean and spacious. We were very disappointed that the pool was overlooked by the house next door. We were led to believe from the advert that the pool was not overlooked at all. This was not the case. The pool next door was close and in full view. Out of 5 sun loungers 3 of them had cracks and looked unsafe. We didn't use the others just in case they cracked too so we never had the opportunity to relax outside. The check in and out process was easy. Somewhat disappointed A guest from York Prince, RI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in March, 2013 I have been renting properties for the past four years and I have to say this was my least favorite house. The location was great but the house itself was not very clean. The pool was very clean but there were lots of stains in the carpet and the walls were filty. What disappointed me the most was the second last night we discovered a mouse in our house. We had to go to Walmart to purchase traps at 11:30 pm. This lead to a sleepless night for me and the other house guests. Thankfully we caught the mouse throughout the night. As a result I would probably not go with this house another year. Stayed for 12 days in March, 2012 This house is in a great and safe location but the house needs updating. The carpet was badly stained and the furniture was in poor condition. The sheets were so poor quality that we had to fix the bedding in the middle of the night because they kept coming off the bed. The house could use also use a paint job. I know carpet is cheaper but having tile or laminate flooring makes more sense in a rental property for easy clean up. The pool area was nice but the lounge chairs needed a power clean. We had troubles with the pool but by the end of the vacation it was fixed. I would definitely come back to this house if updates were made.
