We did have a problem finding it as the directions from MapQuest included a street that did not exist, but Charlie from Florida Spirit Vacation Homes was EXTREMELY helpful - thanks Charlie!!! My only other concern was that although the pool heat was included...the pool and the spa never heated up to a comfortable temperature! The air conditioner has to be set and we couldn't figure it out. And we had someone come early morning to help us. I mean we were able to set it up at night, but was too cold. They still came to help us. My daughters loved it. They always mention and say "mom I want to go back to the house in Orlando" we all loved it. We didn't have a toilet issue, we had a pool heat issue. A card was left on our door about ordering a part for the pool heater. Never was fixed during our stay. Luckily it was hot during the day and we covered it each night which kept the pool at a reasonable temp. Other than that a great place to stay!
