Coupe DeVille, located in HighGate Park at Legacy Park, is a tastefully decorated, air conditioned vacation home. Imagine arriving at your own private rental home, where you can relax and recover from your journey in a light and airy accommodation which has all the comforts of home and much more! The home allows for up to eight people. The Master bedroom features a king size bed and Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, both with TV?s and DVD players. Two further bedrooms feature twin beds, ideal for children or young adults. Both twin rooms have TV?s and PlayStation/DVD players. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers all the essential appliances in addition to a self cleaning oven, ceramic hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker and a washer and dryer for your convenience.The dining area has seating for eight people - meals can either be taken in air conditioned comfort, or outside on the shaded lanai. This area has a ceiling fan for added comfort.The family room has a vaulted ceiling and enough comfortable seating for everyone, and looks directly onto the pool. For your entertainment- if the sun and the theme parks are not enough, there is a large screen TV with cable, DVD player and music system.The patio doors from both the family room & the master suite lead onto an extended lanai, with a fully screened pool, with patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. The pool is south-facing, looking onto a conservation area so you will only be over looked by Mother Nature. It also features a spa where you can revive those tired limbs, while the children splash around in the pool, We can't imagine a nicer way to finish off a perfect Florida day can you?

Ok, but not great

Stayed for 7 days in October, 2011
This home was not nearly as nice as the last one we stayed in. The pool area was riddled with spider webs and spiders. The spa never really got warm. Anytime we turned the heat to HI, it would drain. It always filled back up, but we could never get it to heat up. The pool heat worked fine though. The location was good in regards to view (wooded area). However, it seemed rather out of the way from where we stayed before. We had issues with WiFi and DVD player, but the management company was very good at responding and those issues were resolved. It would be nice if they left instructions on what to do if you run into these issues. Overall its a decent house but we would not select this particular one again. Other than that our vacation was fantastic - and it was way better coming back to a house than a hotel room.
