This four bedroom, three and a half bath home sleeps 8-10 people and is highlighted by a south facing, heated pool, giving maximum exposure to the beautiful Florida sun any time of the day. The screened pool area lets the sun in, keeps the bugs out and features a raised spa, poolside shower, an expanded pool deck with lots of room, a covered lanai with a ceiling fan, patio table, chairs, poolside loungers, umbrella, and a convenient half bath. The pool and spa are lighted, giving that perfect atmosphere for evening activities. The pool heat is complimentary from October through April. Spa heat is complimentary all year long.Sandena features an open floor plan with easy access to all rooms. The kitchen is completely furnished, including dishes, small appliances, refrigerator, range, ice maker, micro wave, and dishwasher, providing you all the comforts of home. The conversation island overlooks the living room and dining areas and is a perfect place to have a quick snack. There is formal dining for 8, a breakfast nook that seats 4, as well the poolside option for those that want to fully enjoy the Florida outdoors. The living room sports a sofa, loveseat, chair, accent tables, and a 42? flat panel TV. A Playstation 2 and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. The sofa converts to a bed for expanded sleeping arrangements. Cable televisions are provided in all bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and accommodates a king size bed, a walk in closet, plenty of dresser space, access to the pool, and a private master bath with a garden tub, a shower large enough for more than one, two sinks and vanities, plenty of mirrors and excellent lighting. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, an adjacent bath, closet space and a double dresser. The third and fourth bedrooms feature twin beds and share a third bath. Nice Rental Unit A guest from Massillon, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in March, 2013 We were very pleased with this rental property. However, since central Florida had record breaking lows during our stay, we nearly froze in the house. We had no control over the thermostat. At night, it went down to 63 degrees! We didn't report this issue to the Management Co., however, but would give a warning to anyone proposing to rent in the winter. I, Nancy found some problems: The bath rug and toilet rug in the master bedroom were filthy. The carpet in Master Bedroom needs a good washing.
