Sunnier Bet is a beautiful vacation home in the prestigious gated community of The Hamlet at West Haven, a community with its own tennis courts and childrens play area. Sunnier Bet features four beautifully furnished bedrooms with en suite facilities and TV?s/DVD?s/cable. The spacious living room is complete with comfortable sofas and entertainment centre with large TV (cable), DVD and CD player/Radio. There are two separate dining areas: one with a family dining table that comfortably seats eight, the other is a breakfast table, seating four, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything you will need to self cater is provided including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and large American fridge freezer with ice and cold water dispenser. A large washer and separate dryer are provided in the laundry room.Patio doors open onto the pool area and the lovely private heated pool is fully-screened. The large covered lanai has a ceiling fan to keep you cool, and patio table and chairs for shaded dining. If you prefer to relax in the sun, the pool deck has loungers and access to a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is fully air-conditioned/heated, with ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. The Hamlet community is ideally situated: Close to Exit 58 of I-4, 7 miles from from Walt Disney World, 29 miles from Orlando International Airport and within easy access of all major routes around central Florida.

Stayed for 3 days in November, 2011 I had a wonderful experience working with the reservation staff and getting checked into the house without needing to stop at a management office. The lock boxes are great!!!! The house was very spacious and had all of the necessary appliances. I would recommend a bigger TV for living room and the house could use a little more cleaning in the bathrooms. Honestly, it was a great stay and can't wait to go back. Thank you!!!!
