Owner Issues Therese G. from Naperville, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in March, 2013 Used Spirit before absolutely no complaints. This time owner shut off AC and hot tub - turned off pool heater and called us three times from UK - we only answered it twice - we're on vacation trying to enjoy the amenities but was that to check up on us? Asked if we were in the hot tub bc it was on? Also lights in bathrooms shut off after several minutes, do they not trust us to turn them off? Mgmt co was excellent with service calls bc of owner issues. Creepy surveilance cameras - owner watching our every move? Why do they rent this home if they are so up tight? Wonderful stay at a Beautiful home near Orlando sung l. from Monroe, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2012 Convenient in getting the key. Clean and efficient home. Location was close to disney parks and grocery stores. Plenty of room for 8. Only down fall was the home was not pet friendly therefore we had to leave Coco the family dog behind. Orlando Haven A guest from Batesville, AR recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 This home was lovely and had everything our family needed. The home hD enough space so that everyone had their privacy when needed. The pool and hottub were fabulous after coming home from a full day of theme parks. We also loved the pool table and air hockey to wind down each evening. Only complaint is that the thermostat was set on 76 and unchangeable. Our family usually sets our thermostat on 72. So, it would have been nice to be able to set the thermostat on the temperature that we are accustomed to using. We will most definitely rent this home each time we come to Orlando. We will also recommend this to our friends. Thank you for helping to make our vacation a wonderful one! Memorable vacation A guest from London, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in February, 2012 We recently stayed at the Orlando Haven rental home. It was a beautiful home with the perfect location! We enjoyed the pool every day and we were equally happy to be so close to the "Mouse House" (aka Walt Disney World). The weather was very warm for this time of year (Feb) so we were quite surprised to note that the air conditioning could only be set to 76 degrees. Not a break from the heat outside...can't imagine it in the middle of the summer! Other than that, it was a great house and I would recommend it.
