There is also a desk area with free cable internet access wired or wireless ready. The family room has 42" HDTV ready TV with basic cable package and a VCR/DVD connected. The laundry room has a washer, a dryer, iron and board and all towels and linens included. This house also comes with an alarm system. The large pool patio area is fully furnished with a round table, 6 chairs and 3 loungers - all tubular with cushions, there's an 'L' shaped covered lanai with lighting and a heatable pool and spa. One of the bathrooms has the convenience of having direct access to the pool deck. The deck also has a security fence for children's safety and is west-facing to take advantage of the lovely sunsets.
