This home is an end unit and has the largest floor plan on the resort. The resort itself has 2 pool, a lazy river, water slide, games room, gym, spa, sauna, bar and restaurant with free wi-fi in the clubhouse.

Love regal palms just not 557 miramar

Booking thru resorts in florida was great. Easy and convient. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would use this agency again. Unfortunately I have been to regal palms 3 years in a row and this is the first time I will now be recommending a house. There was no DVD or flat screen as promised. The owner and property manager of the house refused to get one and resorts in florida had to buy it (10 days into our 14 day trip after alot of back and fourth between myself and the property managers ) thank you Carl that was very sweet bc once we did have the TV it was perfect. The chairs in the dining room were falling apart aswell as there were old shoes, hats and damp towels left in the master bedroom. Cleaning service was terrible. There was no vacuum and when you are staying for more then a day or two I expect a vacuum is needed and should of been in the home. The location was great ( 2 min walkin distance fromThe pool) and the layout of the house was perfect. Our next time at regal palms we will know to choose a different house but I guess 2/3 years having a great house isn't bad. Plus the kids absolute love the water slide and lazy river! Oh yes. And now that regal palms added banana jacks it makes the resort so much more fun at night for the kids! An easy way to entertain them for hours!

My son and his family recommended that we stay here as they stayed there a year ago. HOWEVER, they went with us this time and we were all VERY disappointed! The condo was very dirty- cobwebs, dirt, dust, fingerprints, dirty dishes. Under the bureaus and beds was inches of dust balls and hair. bathrooms were dirty with hair on toilets and tubs. The lights in the kitchen were black from dust! Another MAJOR issue were the smoke detectors going off from 2am and continuing for 2 days- not just a low battery beep- an actual fire alarm! was very scary. Was very hard to get anyone to help us because we rented through an-offsite management? ONLY rent through property itself! As far as security goes- our door didnt even lock unless dead bolted at ALL times! and the gates are open at night so ANYONE can come in to the property! sad that we wont be staying at this property again.

This was a disaster! After making reservations months in advance of our arrival, I was notified that the unit was overbooked and I no longer had a condo. Nafter speaking directly with the Property management owner, he assured me we were booked in the exact condo, upgrade better mattresses, granite counter, stainless appliances. Upon arrival, we were given a standard condo, very dirty, hair on toilets and in shower. Hair on sheets, moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot., only 4 towels in a condo meant to sleep10. We were told we would be moved the following day but never were! After multiple phone calls to property management, the room was Half way recleaned and towels were brought. We did after much arguing get a portion of the rental fee returned. Disappointing! Won't stay there again,

We have absolutely no complaints about our stay. A baby's crib was there for us as promised. When we mistakenly thought we needed more towels, we called management on a Sunday and towels were delivered about an hour later. Great resort with a wonderful swimming area

It was overall a two star experience, I wouldn't stay there again. The pool area was nice but water cool most of the time. The carpet in the unit was very dirty so we decided to wear our shoes the entire time. The front desk was okay as well. My sister left a few days before us and the front desk printed the boarding passes for free but two days later when we needed our airline boarding passes we were charged two dollars. You have to pay for every little thing. You needed to purchase garbage bags, soaps, etc. Towels were all de-threaded. The screen doors weren't opening properly. Oven, toaster, and can opener all broken. It was not a great place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sorry :((((

This was my 4th time staying at Regal Palms, but my first time reserving through OPM Properties and I must say that I was completely dis-satisfied with the accomodations. At check-in, when I arrived at the check-in desk, The clerk asked me if I had received the four digit code to gain access to the unit. I told him no and he gave me the standard code for the unit. This gave me pause so I then asked him if this was the same code given to all of the guests that reserved through OPM, and he reluctantly said yes and that I should have received an e-mail with the code for the door and the code for the wi-fi. I never received the e-mail. I proceeded to the unit. After unloading and settling in I noticed that the deadbolt lock in the first floor master bedroom was not working because it was missing the bolt, which further increased my security worries, because all that was left was a flimsy entrance lock. My wife began to prepare to cook our Thanksgiving dinner, and noticed that the majority of the dishes and silverwaer were filthy and that there was not even a sample size dishwashing liquid to wash them. I purchased some and washed the dishes, but when I picked up a dish towel to dry them, I noticed an unpleasant smell. I then checked all of the towels in the unit and they all smelled the same. I had to stop and wash all of the towels. As we began to prepare for bed the first night I noticed a blood stain on my pillow case and had to pause and wash all the sheets.My next disappointment came when we began to run out of toilet paper and noticed that all he rolls were not full rolls and there was not an additional roll to be found. As stated earlier that I had stayed here 3 times prior, but rented from Regal Palms those times, and this was my worse experience by far. I have rented units all over the country, and this is first time I have had to write a letter like this.

Nice Resort, Dirty Townhouse

Our townhouse was filthy, including piles of dead bugs in the living room around the love seat, and dead bugs in the dishes set out on the dining room table. Given the sheer number of dead bugs, it was clear the townhouse had not been cleaned in a good while. Further, all of the bath towels smelled of mold/mildew, to the point where after we used them, we ourselves would capture the smell. We had to re-wash all of the linens before we could use them. We called the property management company (three days in to our four-day vacation, since they're closed on the weekends), and didn't even get an apology.The resort itself is great, I would definitely stay at Regal Palms again, but would only do so through a different property management company.

We enjoyed our stay; location close enough to major attractions without being too close. Pool facility is top notch, but needs more supervision. Plenty of space for 4 adults and a small child. Would recommend!

The check in process was a nightmare not only for me but two other families there at the same time. Apparently this facility has more than one website and one site doesn't know what the other site is doing. We were hit with an additional amenities fee which we were completely unaware of. One of the other families didn't even have a reservation in the system even though their credit card had also been billed and they had also made a payment on that card like us. One other family was completely unaware of the 240 deposit which was not billed to them and now they didn't have room on their card for it. They were willing to have it come out of their debit account but not until their pay check had been deposited on Wednesday. Your front desk people refused this even though this couple was booked for the week. It took me 30 minutes to check in. This facility needs to connect those websites or be under one management. Also, people wait along side the gate for those of us that have keys to raise that arm and then they fly throw behind you catching that arm as it comes down. I saw this four times while I was there so its useless to have that system when a management truck also saw someone do this and did nothing about it. I stayed at the Regal Palms 3 years ago and loved it. The villas are really nice and very clean. But when its such a hassle to check in and then get the excuse that we didn't book on the correct website for all the front desk confusion is not very appealing. I would be afraid to use the website again not knowing whether or not it is legit. Your front desk person when I checked out was so very courteous and your maintenance people are really helpful and courteous as well as the pool attendants. I understand the frustration of the front desk check in people but they need to understand a guests frustration especially after they may have driven over a thousand miles to get there and the reservation is not correct.
