Stayed for 8 days in April, 2012 the only complaints we had were we paid for heat for the pool and the water did heat up a little but not that much, it was still pretty cold, and after the first day and it reached the set temp. the heater did not come back on. So whatever the set temp is, its too low as far as we are concerned. and the other complaint is no wash clothes were supplied. even hotels supply wash clothes. so the first night we brought our own soap and shampoo etc, went to take a shower and no wash clothes. atleast let people know that they need to bring them as part of their supplies. other than that everything was great. However, we were hesitant of what to expect because "Resorts in Florida" gave us a bit of a a scare when one week before arrival we were informed that our reserved property was no longer available and a refund would be provided. We had family traveling from NY and this was unacceptable! Carl & Jamie successfully found an alternative rental - thankfully everything turned out as planned! It was a very nice place. The cleaning agency could have put a little more effort ,I.e. Grease on stove heavy dust on dining ta Russell R. from Sandwich, Illinois recommends this property. We had problems since we booked the property. They did not confirm address so we had to spend a night on a motel coz we could no oscar c. from bogota, cundinamarca does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2011 Also, we called the phone they gave us to contact someone but nobody answered it. We found property next day. They should have included the corrected address on our confirmation letter. When we finally arrived to the property we found that the AC was broken and the fans did not work well either. We called the manager but it took so long to get them fixed. In breaf, our experience was not good because of these aspects. We neither will not recommened the property nor the management.
