The home comes with full kitchen facilities, king, queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.Regal Palms resort is an ideal place to stay for a great value family holiday.This particular home comes with 4 Bedrooms - 1 King Master en-suite, 1 Queen Master en-suite and 2 twins sharing a bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge has a TV and DVD player. This home is an end unit and has the largest floor plan on the resort. The resort itself has 2 pool, a lazy river, water slide, games room, gym, spa, sauna, bar and restaurant with free wi-fi in the clubhouse. A $10 per home per day resort usage fee is applied on arrival by the resort management.

Stayed for 3 days in October, 2012 BESIDES I GOT PUT IN THE WRONG UNIT THAT I REQUESTED WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION, NEXT TO ME THEY HAD A PARTY TILL 3:00 IN THE MORNING THEY HAD CARS PARK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET AND IN MY DRIVE WAY THAT I GOT NOT PARK. WHEN I WENT TO THE OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. AND IF I PARK MY CAR IN ANOTHER PARKING SPACE IT CAN BE TOWED AWAY.I HAN 2 YOUNG KIDS THAT COULD NOT SLEEP. THEN AFTER DRIVING FOR 4 HOURS TO GET THERE AND GIVING ME THE WRONG UNIT THE KEY CODE WAS WRONG AND IT TOOK ABOUT 10-15 PHONE CALLS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE RENTAL AGENT. I DIDN'T GET IN TO THE UNIT TELL ABOUT 1-1/2 HRS. LATER. THIS WAS MY 4TH. TIME STAYING THERE BUT IT WILL PROBABLY BR MY LAST. I CALL YESTERDAY THE DAY AFTER I LEFT AND SPOKE WITH ANGEL ON OF THE BOOKING AGENT AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HERE. It was definitely a home away from home. what we enjoyed most was feel of coming "home" from a long day at the amusement parks. We also appreciated that the house was decorated with nice home furniture and not cheap hotel furniture. Last but not least... we were extremely pleased with the price. Unit OP226BG at Regal Palms Resort A guest from Hilton Head Island, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in February, 2012 4 bedrooms and 3 baths very accommodating for our 7 adults (6 staying for 1 week). Living area, kitchen and dining area too small for number of residents. Exterior in the rear very unattractive with "miscellaneous" junk around the air conditioner and questionable "view". Location too far away from the amenities---had to drive to get there or walk 15 minutes. Basically, it was OK for our needs of using it as a "base" place while watching baseball, but would not consider it for a "resort" vacation. Big plus was its proximity to a Publix Supermarket and very good Chinese take-out and Applebees restaurant. Rooms were clean and kept in decent condition. My only complaint would be that the beds are a little stiff. We plan on staying there again next year, I would definatly recommend this resort to anyone.
