Covered entryway opens onto a spacious seating area with three piece suite, tiled passage leads to a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer, dining table (seats 6) and second seating area with 27" TV and sliding doors to pool area. Bedroom one has King size bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with garden tub, large shower and his-n-hers vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has full bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, there is a further family bathroom. To the rear there is a fully screened, covered patio with ample seating and a heated pool with decorative waterfall. The patio benefits by overlooking orange groves.
