3 bedroom Courtyard Villa at Tuscan Hills Resort. Master bedroom has Queen bed, with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom # 2 has full size bed and bedroom #3 has Twin beds and 13"TV/DVD Player combo. 32" TV in living room with DVD Player. Lounge has sliding glass doors with access to screened in pool area. Clubhouse facilities include Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball and Tot Lot. Wireless internet access for Tuscan guests as well as a fitness room and games room.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
