Brand new 3 bedroom executive Courtyard Villa! Only minutes West of Disney Theme Parks, close to well known Championship Golf Courses and many shops, restaurants. TV in every room, screened in full size pool. Master bedroom has King size bed, 13 " TV/DVD, en-suite bathroom has shower, WC, 2 basins. Bedroom # 2 has Full size bed, 13" TV/DVD. Bedroom # 3 has Twin beds, 13" TV/DVD. Family bathroom has shower/bath combination. Spacious living room area with patio doors to pool, 27" TV and DVD Player. Dining area seats 6 and kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 bar stools.

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am, late check-out can be booked at a fee, please call main office for more information. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
