Our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath Villa, with a private heated pool is close to Disney World and situated in the beautiful Highlands Reserve Golf Club. You will find that this is one of the most prestigious developments in the area. There is a luxury, 18 holes, 72 par championship golf course. Highlands Reserve is one of best holiday locations in the Orlando area for every tourist attraction is within easy reach.

Our Villa is air conditioned in every room as well as equipped with ceiling fans. The open space of our Villa is welcoming to you and we ensure you that you will feel almost like home if not even better than home in this wonderful surrounding. The Villa is equipped to the highest standards bearing in mind that everyone loves comfort during their holidays. Our Villa has a lot of privacy for there are no rear neighbours which gives our guests extra privacy, especially in the pool area where you can relax in the sun or in the shade for there is excellent space in the shade with two ceiling fans to keep our guest cool if wanted. FREE wireless Internet access all over the villa as well as free unlimited calls to US and Canada.

If you want to visit the theme parks, Disney is only 15 minutes away. If shopping is your preference Florida Mall and The Mall at Millenia are only 30 minutes away and restaurants are within easy reach of only 5-10 minutes away. If golfing is your passion you are in the right place. Highlands Reserve Golf course is a beautiful 72 hole championship golf course where the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Living area, comfortable big sofas welcome you when you come back from a round of golf. Also the extra comfortable big chair is inviting to relax after a day of golfing or a day in the sun. From the living area you walk outside to the pool area. Kitchen/Dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need. You have a large oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser. In the cabinets you will find plenty of cutlery and glasses. In the garage there is a BBQ grill available for you. Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board/iron.

Overlooking the pool is the dining area where it is lovely to enjoy the delicious food available in Florida. The master bedroom is truly welcoming to our guests. You can also walk out to the pool from the master bedroom. Big walk in closet is spacious and gives our guests plenty of space. The en-suite bathroom is beautiful with a big shower and oval bath. There is a big mirror, dual vanity unit and also a hair dryer. Second bedroom is beautifully decorated with bright colors with a built in wardrobe. In this bedroom there is a double bed. Third bedroom is a twin bedroom also with a built in wardrobe and brightly decorated. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a lovely bathroom with a tub and a shower. Some properties will accept pets for an additional fee of $150.00, this must be requested at time of reservation. Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
