Liana is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom home located in the lovely community of Calabay Parc. It features a master bedroom with private bathroom and garden-style tub, plus separate shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a set of twin beds, and share a full bathroom, conveniently located in between. This home also has a breakfast nook as well as formal dining room, fully outfitted kitchen, and a separate utility room. The home is well equipped, including a full-size washing machine and dryer, bed linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils (plus iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner). Cable TV and telephone (local calls are free) are provided. The pool is backed by a woodland-view, for added privacy while you swim or relax on the patio. The pool also has a Jacuzzi spa and an attractive patio area with table & chairs. Located close to Interstate 4, off Hwy 27, Liana is conveniently located near all the area's major attractions. Disney is just a short drive away! Dining, shopping, golf are all within just a couple of miles.

Great place esoecially for the $ A guest from LaSalle, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013 We had a wonderful stay at the Liana. The only thing that was negative was that the spa part of the pool didnt seem to be heating properly. We didnt bother contacting the mngmt because we didnt realize until one of the last nights there, and by then we didnt want to wait for someone to come out. Other than that this place was fantastic- clean, spacious, quiet location, near restaurants, and a 15min drive to disney. The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and pans but no condiments or anything like that so bring your own salt and pepp! Also you only get one roll of tp, paper towels, 1 load of siap etc, so expect to make a quick trip to the grocery store. Ohio Family comes to Florida Anna H. from Findlay, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2012 We felt very at home at the Liana vacation home. We loved that we were able to bring our dog Sampson on this vacation. Enjoyed the pool to the fullest, since it was heated. A few suggetions, though. More towels would have been nice, so we wouldn't have had to do laundry so often. Also, the bed in the master bedroom could be a little more sturdy. Close to shopping and golf which were our priorities. It was wonderful just lounging around the pool. I have only one complaint. The bed in the master does need to be replaced. Upon arrival we had a question about retrieving the key from the lockbox. It was 4:30 and the office was closed. The lady who took our call could barely speak clear English and we literally had to spell everything we said to her, more than once. We did not feel confident our message would be relayed accurately.We did not call and complain about the bed in the master bedroom but every time my husband moved or got in or out it sounded as if it was broken.We did call on Wed to complain about the guest bathroom. Sunday when we first turned on the faucet a huge knocking sound was made and scared us so we turned it off immediately. We found that the knob had to be turned slightly to cause the knocking to stop. However, by Wed. the bathroom could not even be used because the knocking would not stop. We called but never received resolution so the five of us all showed in the master bath for the remainder of our stay.The house was nice and we did enjoy ourselves. The location was farther than I liked for Universal Studios but the area was nice and close to the interstate. We did begin to notice the pool could have used a good cleaning by Friday.
