Nice Home A guest from Flat Rock, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 The Key West vacation home was a great place to stay. We were very disappointed that the home did not have wifi. Also, the home only provided you with six wash cloths and six hand towels. For a family of five, that is not enough. The garden tub in the master bathroom did not work. The home was very clean and the pool was heated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were some inconveniences involved with such limited wash cloths and no Internet service! House did smell musty and all baseboards were covered in dust. Spider webs were hanging from most walls. love seat had cover on it that did not fit. Reason it was covered: BECAUSE it had a BIG hole in the back. Swimming pool was great, having a full house was fantastic, garden tub and full shower in master was also great. NO WI-FI, and TV was from 1910. With all the bad, still better than hotel/motel. Local residents were very friendly. Quiet area. I had to take a sheet and cover it so when I sat down I felt comfortable.Cooking, the metel spoon snapped in half and also the frying pan handle feel off. YIKES! Just as you had your pet dog with you in the rental, this villa one of our few dog friendly pet homes, but the sofa should not have smelled poorly. Just like after your stay the carpets and upholstery furniture is steam cleaned by an outside company that we have worked with for years. This is the first time we have such a problem in the home and we looking at the sofa to see that even after steam cleaning a pet odor is still there. If so the sofa will be replaced. The pool was very nice and was heated as they stated. There was a problem with the tub drainage in the guest bathroom. we reported it to the management company on the second day, but it was not addressed during our stay.We were disappointed with the kitchen items available for use. There were not cookie sheets, no broiler pan, no strainer. there were only one small fry pan, and 2 other pots. It made planning meals very difficult. Ok. But could be better A guest from Addison, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in October, 2011 I've stayed in other homes before and have been more satisfied. Overall it was ok. The carpet seemed old and worn out. And the biggest complaint is that there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 5 people for 4 days which was definately not enough. Also there was only enough soap for one diswashing cycle. I think there is a lot to improve. I wasn't 100 percent satisfied, but ok I guess for the price.
