Wonderful, but rental needed to be cleaned better. Reviewed by: Pauline P. recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in March, 2013 We really enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms. Our rental was very nice-quite new but not really cleaned well upon arrival. The kitchen floors were sticky and dirty, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and there was hair in the bathroom sinks. This would not deter us from staying there again, but I would demand that it be cleaned well (and not by me this time!)before staying there. This was our only disappointment. Nice resort but just few things that needs to be corrected Phylicea W. from Jacksonville, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 Our stay was very nice. The town home was beautifully decorated and had an inviting atmosphere. We (6 adults and a toddler) stayed there for only 2 nights during peak season. I didn't mind the price however, the town house was in need of minor repairs (ie. closet door for laundry room) as well as the carpet was in need of serious cleaning. Providing newer sets of towels and a better baby gate wouldn't hurt either. Also, I had to purchase my own iron even though they provided an ironing board. Overall, we had a good stay it just these few things I listed before had made our stay less than perfect. I just hope that these problems are corrected so people can feel they got their money's worth! Thanks again and I pray that the future guests have an awesome stay! Want to let you know A guest from Minonk, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2013 The mattress in the master bedroom was terrible! It was like foam, you sunk into it and our backs hurt in the mornings when we got up. Checking in an issue A guest from Minesota, MN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2013 The agents we booked the property with were not associated with the actual resort. When we arrived at 11 pm our reservations did not exist. The agents had no information on our reservation in spite of having faithfully collected the fees upfront. The resort front desk person (Tim) was very nice and helpful. 1 hour after arriving we were given a house. Not a good start to a vacation. I recommend booking directly with the resort and not go through 3rd parties property managers. The pool area was well kept and enjoyable. All the homes at Regal Palms have third party property managers, there are around 40 companies who look after all the homes. I am sorry that the front desk did not have your information. Good area, decent property HECTOR B. from RALIEGH, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 11 days in December, 2012 In general the property is in a good location. The unit was clean however, the carpets were very dirty and some towels were washed with chlorine so they had white spots. Home was well equipped with everything you need.
