The property is near to major supermarkets, Walmart and Publix are both within 10 a minutes drive.Booking notesPool heat is optional £96/ U$155 per week if pre-booked or approximately U$25 per day if switched on locally after arrival, and must be for a minimum requirement of 5 days. However, please be aware that all Florida home pools take approx 2 days to heat up to capacity. To secure your reservation a non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Florida has something for everyone. Hampton Lakes is ideally located for all Central Florida major attractions. Located just off US 27 and close to Interstate 4 highway. Tampa on the West coast is about an hours drive and a little just over an hour to Daytona beach on East coast. Unique benefits of the property The villa is home from home, tastefully decorated, quiet location and conveniently close to a number of shopping Malls, supermarkets and restaurants.
