Unit 004 - Precious Moments: Unmatched location only steps from water next to the Bird Sanctuary. Large water side decks covered and open with unobstructed views to Gulf. Five bedrooms, 4.5 baths which accommodates up to 10 guests. Two living areas,one up and one down, wet bar, deck off main bedroom, open design with lots of large windows for waterviews. King bed in main suite with private bath, #2 bedroom has a full bed, #3 has full and twin and private half bath, #4 bedroom has a twin and a trundle. The fifth bedroom is seldom used but has a twin over a full bunk, and is located separately on ground floor. All linens are provided. Maximum number of Guests 10. Charcoal grill. Non-smoking. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered. Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during peak summer season. Call 866-861-3311 for reservations. WIFI Available.
