Amenities include televisions in each bedroom, a Sony Playstation II, sound surround system with stereo and HD satellite television, VCR, DVD and outdoor deck speakers. Fully equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, island with breakfast bar and plenty of cabinets for storage. Outdoor features include covered concrete parking for up to three vehicles, covered deck looking out to the Gulf with deck furniture, a picnic table under the home and an outdoor shower. Sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests include (3) queens and (2) twins. All linens provided. Non-smoking. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered.
