Unit 012 - Sandcastle 6H: Newly remodeled condo with fantastic gulf views from all four decks. Three bedroom, 2.5 baths, accommodates up to 6 guests. Brightly furnished and well equipped with all your vacation needs. On the first floor the bedroom has a daybed which converts to a king or two twins and has a balcony and 1/2 bath. Upstairs features two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen, and the second upstairs bedroom has two twins and both boast a waterview balcony. Cable television provided in the living area and master bedroom. Sony Playstation II also provided with a limited number of games. Beautiful white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Community amenties include a two pools with covered cabanas - one pool is beachside with tropical landscaping, poolside furniture, additional parking for trailered boats. All linens provided. Charcoal grill. Non-smoking. Additional charges: Cleaning fee; lodging tax 11%; non-refundable reservation fee $35; $50 damage waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered.
