Nicely decorated, this unit is poolside with boardwalk to the beach. Upper and lower pool side decks, fully equipped kitchen with smoothtop range, built-in microwave and breakfast bar. Rental rates based on occupancy of 8 guests maximum. Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds, one king bed and a queen sofa bed. All linens are provided. Washer & dryer. Charcoal grill. Non-smoking. Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during peak summer season. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver.
