This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, kitchen with breakfast bar, built-in microwave, 4 waterview decks. First floor offers open living/dining/litchen area with sliding glass doors to deck with great Gulf view, and a 3rd bedroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with private bath and sliding glass doors to a private balcony. Sleeps 6 guests maximum. All linens provided. Washer and dryer. Charcoal grill. No smoking & no pets. Additional Charges: Cleaning Fee, Lodging Tax 11%, Non-refundable Reservation fee $35 and $50 Damage Waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered.
