Unit 069 - Sandcastle 3F: NEW TO OUR PROGRAM! Comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo unit with lovely Gulf views from the deck and upper balcony! Sandcastle condos are located on the east end south beach. Open floor plan features a kitchen with breakfast bar and sliding glass doors in the living area which open out to the first floor deck. Fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, smooth top range, built in microwave, extra refrigerator and laundry area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with their own private bath and a balcony off the master bedroom looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. Three televisions with cable. Community amenities include two pools with covered cabanas, additional parking for boats and boardwalk access to the beach. Number of guests limited to 4 guests. All linens are provided. No smoking please. Charcoal grill. Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 11% lodging tax, $35 non-refundable reservation fee and $50 damage waiver. Travel Guard Insurance is now offered. Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during peak summer season. Call for reservations.
