Unit 017 - Sandcastle 7C: NEW TO OUR PROGRAM! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo unit with lovely Gulf views and built in 2004! Sandcastle condos are located on the east end south beach. Open floor plan features a kitchen with breakfast bar and sliding glass doors in the living area which open out to the first floor deck. Fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, smooth top range, built in microwave and laudry area. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with their own private bath and a balcony off the master bedroom looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. Two televisions with cable. Community amenities include two pools with covered cabanas, additional parking for boats and boardwalk access to the beach. Number of guests limited to 6 maximum. All linens are provided. No smoking please. Charcoal grill. Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 11% lodging tax, $35 non-refundable reservation fee and $50 damage waiver. Travel Insurance is now offered. Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during peak summer season. Call 866-861-3311 for reservations.
